Please read these terms carefully before booking an emergency call-out with MCR Hero.
Callout Fee
- The callout fee is £95 and applies 24/7 — the same rate day or night, weekdays or weekends.
- The callout fee covers the first hour of work on site.
- If the issue is resolved within the first 5 minutes to 1 hour, it is fully covered by the callout fee.
Payment Terms
- The £95 callout fee must be paid first once the ETA is confirmed by our team.
- Work beyond the first hour will be charged at an hourly rate, which will be communicated before additional work begins.
- No hidden fees. The price agreed is the price you pay.
Work Beyond 1 Hour
- If the emergency requires work beyond the first hour, our engineer will inform you and agree the hourly rate before continuing.
- You will always be informed of costs before any additional work is carried out.
Optional Report Service
- We offer an optional before & after photo report service for documentation, insurance, or landlord records.
- Important: The report service must be agreed and specified before the appointment is booked. It cannot be requested after the job has started.
